Orders are processed Monday-Friday. NO WEEKENDS.
All virgin & raw extensions orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. Custom Units will be processed within 14-21 business days but can vary or possibly be extended a few days depending on the volume of luxury unit orders in progress, or any unforeseen issues.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
How much is shipping?
Shipping rate fee of $9.00. Shipping is FREE on orders over $300.
How long does it take to ship my order?
We know that timely shipping is crucial to our loyal customers. Our goal is to ship orders in 3-7 business days. (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS) Whenever an extended delay is expected in shipping your package, our Customer Service team will notify you via phone or email. Please be sure to check your spam for any updates as they may get filtered.

When will I get my shipment?
We are located in Alabama. Depending on your location, your order will typically arrive 1-5 business days after it is processed for most U.S residents. To keep you posted, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse that will include a tracking number for your order. Please be sure to check your spam for any updates as they may get filtered.
